Villa Etro sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms. If needed, an extra single bed or a baby cot can be added.

There are four bedrooms in total, three with double beds and one with two single beds (which can be connected if you prefer). All bedrooms have air conditioning and closet space.

Yes. The villa is split into two floors, each with its own full-size kitchen, and the floors are connected by an internal round staircase. There is also a separate outside entrance to the ground floor.

The pool is a large 10x5 meter private pool with clean, lightly salted water using an electrolysis system (no chlorine). Pool heating is available on request during the colder months.

There’s an outdoor kitchen area with a large dining table under a pergola and a built-in BBQ. In July and August, you can use the gas grill for outdoor cooking, as coal or wood fire grilling is prohibited.

Yes. The villa was made winter-proof with double glazing, heating systems, and a cosy fireplace, making it comfortable outside the summer season.

The villa is within walking distance of Cala Baladrar, a serene bay where you can swim and snorkel. There is also a beach bar where you can enjoy lunch or sunset drinks.

The house has optic fibre high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, and Google Chrome on the Smart TV. There’s also a portable JBL DAB speaker radio for music.

Yes. A modern washer and dryer are available, plus a drying rack in the garden. There’s also an extra refrigerator and a microwave in the laundry room.

The property is fully gated and equipped with an alarm system. Rooms also have fire alarms for added safety.
